SingTel Optus Pty Limited (Optus) is an Australian leader in integrated telecommunications, delivering cutting-edge communications, information technology and entertainment services. In July 2011, Optus launched a trial of Speedperform’s Mobile SupportWare solution. After a successful trial, Optus chose to sign a commercial agreement with Speedperform as its exclusive vendor of mobile device support.

The solution comprises a comprehensive mix of mobile devices containing Speedperform’s full content package including Interactive Guides, VAS/G-VAS tutorials, Device Specifications and Intelligent Device Troubleshooting. All content is available through multiple customer support touch points, consumer website, business website and at Optus call centres.
