Vodafone Turkey (rebranded from Telsim in 2007) has been part of the Vodafone Group since 2005. Vodafone Turkey has more than 18 million network subscribers. In the second half of 2009 Vodafone Turkey rolled out its 3G network and in conjunction with this major investment, the need for more sophisticated customer service and device support emerged.
Vodafone Turkey has a strong focus on being the number one customer service provider in Turkey and has followed up with a range of projects and investments to meet that customer obligation. The Speedperform Mobile SupportWare solution went live in January 2010 with implementations in both Vodafone call centers and on the Vodafone Internet homepage, covering mainly Smartphones and Mobile Broadband.
