In June 2016, Jazztel launched a Mobile SupportWare support solution to meet its clients demand for assistance with their mobile devices. Jazztel is a fixed line and internet provider in Spain that additionally operates as an MVNO in order to offer its customers triple play solutions.
The solution provided to Jazztel will contain support for both devices sold by Jazztel in addition to devices sold by other telcos in Spain in order to address the need for accurate support to both existing and churning customers.
