After seeing the success of Mobile SupportWare in the Latin American Movistar operations, Spain decided to join the global agreement in January 2015. Currently Movistar Spain has an in-house system that gradually will be phased out and integrated to the WorldManuals solution. This also includes OTA capabilities that continue to form an important part of the Movistar Spain commitment to their clients. The solution was launched silently in March 2015 and will replace the existing solution.
The solution is fully responsive, adding high-quality support experience to the clients visiting from the mobile browsers.
