WorldManuals has been the preferred supplier to OPTUS for 6 years and the Mobile SupportWare solution has proven to be extremely efficient in driving call deflection while consistently reducing AHT (Average Handling Time) in the OPTUS call centres. The solution significantly reduces cost to serve while also serving as a traffic driver to not only the Help & Support section of the OPTUS website but also to the e-store in driving conversion rates.
